Life changes. I can't remember how many times in the past 16 months that I have said, "That isn't how I remember this when my children were in school". Of course I work mainly with a 3rd grade teacher and class as everyone knows - so considering that - my youngest was in 3rd grade 32 years ago. Then if you consider when I went through 3rd grade - that was a record 58 years ago.

ate - life changes. We called December time off - Christmas Vacation, when I was in
school. By the time my kids reached that age it was known as Christmas Break and NOW it is more politically correctly known as Winter Break. Yikes, I feel old. But I think I still like it called Christmas Vacation.
